Good to know

Is the demo using real properties?

No. Every property, owner and phone number in the demo is fictional, so you can try every feature safely. Live data from licensed US property-record providers arrives at launch.

Which properties are covered?

Apartment buildings with five or more units across the United States: garden, mid-rise and high-rise multifamily.

Where do motivation signals come from?

County assessor, recorder and treasurer records, plus foreclosure filings and city code data where available. Coverage varies by county, and each property shows which signals were found.

Does Fivefold send mail, email or texts for me?

The demo plans and tracks every touch but doesn't send anything. At launch, mail goes through a print-and-mail partner. Email and texting will follow the rules that apply to marketing messages.

Can my team share one workspace?

Yes, on the Team plan. Everyone works from the same leads, pipeline, offers and deal files.

When will I be charged?

Not until launch, and only if you choose a plan. Joining the waitlist is free.
