Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Fivefold Deals ("Fivefold", "we", "us") collects through fivefolddeals.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can and never sell your information.

The short version: to try the demo you create a free account with your name, email and phone number, and we confirm your email with a one-time code. If you join our waitlist, we keep the details you give us. We use this information to run your account and, only if you agree, to send you updates or call or text you. We never sell it. Anything you enter inside the demo stays in your own browser.

1. Information we collect

We don't ask for payment details. We use one essential cookie (ffsess) to keep you signed in to the demo for up to 30 days. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

2. The demo app

The demo at fivefolddeals.com/app uses fictional sample properties and owners. Anything you enter there, such as leads, offers, notes, campaigns and tasks, is saved only in your browser's local storage on your device. It isn't sent to us, and we can't see it. To erase it, clear this site's data in your browser settings.

3. How we use your information

To create and secure your demo account, including emailing your verification codes.
To send you updates about Fivefold early access, launch timing and launch pricing, if you asked for them.
To call or text you about Fivefold, only if you ticked the box allowing it. You can withdraw that at any time.
To understand which plans and markets people are interested in, so we can plan the launch.
To keep the website and the sign-up form secure and working.

We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

4. Emails and unsubscribing

Account emails, such as verification codes, are sent because you need them to use your account. We only send product updates if you ticked that box on the sign-up form or the waitlist form, and every update email will tell you how to unsubscribe. We only call or text you if you separately agreed to it. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@fivefolddeals.com.

5. Who we share information with

Hostinger, our web host and email provider, stores the website, your account details, the waitlist and the server logs, and delivers our emails.
Google Fonts, cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr deliver the fonts and code libraries our pages use. When your browser loads them, those services receive your IP address and basic browser information, under their own privacy policies.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.

If we later use an email service to send launch updates, we'll share your name and email with that service only for that purpose, and we'll update this policy.

6. How long we keep it

We keep demo account details while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account at any time. We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we close the waitlist, whichever comes first. Rate-limiting entries are removed after one hour, as described above. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider's retention settings.

7. How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Account details and waitlist sign-ups are stored in a folder that is blocked from public web access, and verification codes are stored only in scrambled form. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

show you the information we hold about you,
correct it,
delete your account and information,
stop emailing, calling or texting you.

Email privacy@fivefolddeals.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, including the right to complain to your privacy regulator.

9. Children

Fivefold is a business tool for real estate investors. It isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we'll also email people on the waitlist.
